While at a top-tier consulting firm, I led the initial transformation strategy for the nation’s largest mutual malpractice insurer. What began as a tooling and licensing assessment evolved into a full-scale agile overhaul, including SAFe adoption and enterprise Jira standardization.
My early work helped surface misalignments between tech output and business goals, laying the groundwork for improved visibility, faster feedback loops, and a shift toward product-based delivery.

At a former firm, I worked for a global payments company processing trillions in annual transactions to help them replace legacy project management tooling with an Atlassian-based system.
My partner and I led the re-architecture of their intake funnel, process flows, data design, and reporting across eight distinct workstreams—aligning Jira and Confluence to real business needs and reducing cross-team friction.
The result: a system that saved $4M+ in annual licensing costs, boosted enterprise visibility, and empowered nearly 1,000 users with a more efficient, transparent way to plan and deliver work.
In my first consulting role, I helped replace manual logs, spreadsheets, and email chains with a purpose-built Jira system for the largest art museum in the Americas.
We set up custom integrations with internal image databases to streamline their workflow and set up dashboard reporting for department heads with real-time artifact tracking and an operational view enabling them to scale.
